Job summary

Blueair, part of Unilever, seeks an Account Manager for Amazon to drive growth on Vendor Central in the US and Canada. Based in Bellevue, this hybrid role covers catalog accuracy, promotions, and data-driven reviews.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to hit sales and profitability targets and learn from senior Amazon specialists. The role demands 2+ years in ecommerce, strong Excel, and familiarity with ARA/BI dashboards; a Business/Marketing degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce or retail account management, ideally in Amazon Vendor Central (1P).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, and you communicate clearly.
• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Experience with ARA, Brand Registry, or BI dashboards is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Run Vendor Central operations: PO and sellout tracking, disputes, chargeback recovery, and AVS communications; maintain KPIs.
• Keep catalog accuracy across regions; address suppressed or duplicate ASINs; collaborate on A+ content.
• Bring promotions to life: Coupons, Best Deals, Prime Day, Holiday; ensure pricing and COOP/MDF alignment.
• Turn data into insight using Amazon Retail Analytics and dashboards; build weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to keep inventory and forecasts aligned.
