Job summary

Blueroot Health is seeking an Amazon Marketplace Manager in Middletown, CT to drive growth on the Amazon channel, improving visibility, conversion, and efficiency while collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Marketing.

You will own day-to-day account management, execute strategy with the Amazon Strategy Director, manage ads, optimize PDPs, monitor catalog health, and track digital shelf KPIs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years on Amazon Seller Central.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related program.
• 3+ years of experience selling directly in Amazon Seller Central.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon Advertising including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
• Advanced Excel knowledge, data analysis, and problem solving skills.
• Strong understanding of digital shelf optimization, SEO, and CRO.
• Experience in CPG, supplements, or health & wellness strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication.
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative information and develop actionable recommendations.
• Able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to digital landscape.
• Excellent judgment, follow-up, attention to detail and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day Amazon account management and maintenance.
• Execute the Amazon channel strategy to accelerate sales and reduce costs.
• Manage and optimize Amazon ad campaigns with agency partners.
• Verify listings follow Amazon regulations and best practices.
• Forecast inventory with Operations to support launches and growth.
• Collaborate with Finance on financial reporting.
• Optimize PDPs including titles, bullets, descriptions, and media.
