Job summary

Medline seeks a Sales Analyst to support the Amazon Sales team with forecasting, inventory planning, reporting, and business analysis. You will provide insights to drive performance, improve in-stock positions, and identify risks and opportunities to meet sales and financial goals.

The role partners with Sales, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain to develop accurate demand forecasts and monitor inventory health.

Qualifications

3+ years of analytics experience in ecommerce, retail or omnichannel.
Experience forecasting, inventory planning, sales reporting and performance analysis.
Experience with SAP or Oracle and retailer reporting platforms.
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, VRA, CommerceIQ, Stackline, or similar analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Identify data and reporting tools for business, financial and data analysis.
Develop reporting/analysis for product managers, sales and customers.
Communicate results of business, financial and data analyses.
Collaborate with Sales, Inventory Management and Finance for intermediate analysis.
Develop and analyze scorecards showing sales, inventory, profitability and trends.
Create standard reporting for routine business reports.
Monitor data accuracy, timeliness and integrity in analysis and reporting.
Ensure follow-up so analysis outcomes are reviewed and implemented.
