Job summary

Coty UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior National Account Manager - Amazon to own the Amazon Consumer Beauty strategy, the full P&L, and the business plan. You will drive budgeting, forecasting and trade investments to deliver revenue growth and improved profitability.

You will partner with Brand Marketing, Retail Media and Supply Chain to unlock insights, optimize performance and drive AI-enabled decisions across Prime Day, seasonal events and ongoing e-commerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting and trade investment.
• Lead Amazon customer strategy for UK & Ireland.
• Translate data into actionable commercial plans.
• Drive growth with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver net revenue, gross margin and market-share targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon Consumer Beauty business plan and full P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, phasing and trade investment.
• Deliver revenue, margin, profitability and market-share targets.
• Identify growth opportunities and translate into action plans.
• Improve forecast accuracy and propose corrective actions.
• Lead joint business planning, negotiations and AVS partnerships.
• Drive digital-shelf excellence and traffic optimization.
