Bubble is seeking a Director of Amazon to lead one of our key growth channels, owning the full P&L, strategy, and day-to-day performance. The role will closely manage the external agency, set priorities, and align with the company’s commercial goals.

The position requires hands-on control of listings, creative, advertising, and inventory while translating strategy into measurable results that impact the top and bottom lines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Amazon account management/eCommerce.
• Track record of owning a P&L and driving profitable growth.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and advertising.

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon P&L and drive profitable growth.
• Define multi-year Amazon vision and roadmap for Bubble.
• Manage calendar for launches, promotions, and deals.
• Direct the external Amazon agency with clear KPIs.
• Partner with commercial, brand, creative, finance and operations to align strategy.
