Job summary

Almo Corporation seeks a detail‑oriented Account Specialist to manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts, optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotions while supporting strategic account management.

You will collaborate with CSMs and brand stakeholders to monitor availability, sell‑through, and readiness, driving growth opportunities across catalogs and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of e‑commerce account management or marketplace operations experience.
• Experience managing products, catalogs, pricing, promotions, or operations on major e‑commerce marketplaces.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and large datasets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts, ensuring listings, pricing, and promotions are live and optimized.
• Collaborate with brand stakeholders to align goals, promotions, and execution.
• Monitor availability, sell‑through, and readiness of items; drive growth opportunities.
• Oversee SKU onboarding and maintenance; ensure data accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Reconcile CSAs with finance and sales; coordinate cross‑functional promotions and priorities.
• Track performance metrics related to Amazon operations, inventory, and promotions.
