Job summary

Medela is seeking a Senior Digital Shelf & Content Operations Manager to optimize Amazon PDPs, manage content across retailers, and drive global eCommerce growth. You will own Salsify workflows, ensure accurate localization, and collaborate with regional teams to adapt content for local languages and retailer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Communications or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in digital shelf management, eCommerce content operations, or digital commerce.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Brand Registry, and PDP optimization.
• Experience using Salsify or a comparable PIM/PXM or content-syndication platform.
• Proven ability to improve product content, organic search visibility, conversions, or digital shelf performance.
• Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword optimization, indexing, catalog management, and analytics.
• Experience supporting Amazon marketplaces across multiple countries/regions.
• Experience managing product-content localization and international deployment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Amazon and digital shelf performance, optimizing PDPs, titles, descriptions, images, videos, A+ content, and Brand Stores.
• Own product content and Salsify operations, including workflows, approvals, and publishing across retailers.
• Support global eCommerce growth, focusing on US and Europe, with localized adaptations.
• Turn data into action by analyzing shelf performance and driving improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, IT, Regulatory and regional teams; manage agencies and vendors.
