Job summary

Pitted Labs, LLC is seeking an Account Analyst to be the hands-on Amazon operator on our account teams. You’ll manage listings, cases, and account health in Seller Central and Vendor Central, while collaborating with Account Leads and the Advertising team to deliver results.

The role blends client-facing responsibilities with deep technical work on launches, promotions, and reporting, requiring strong communication and organizational skills and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central.
• Ability to manage cases, listings, and account health.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and fix product listings, variations, and catalog data; resolve errors.
• Open and manage Amazon cases across Seller Support and Brand Registry to resolution.
• Monitor account health: Buy Box, inventory, and policy flags.
• Handle launches: new SKU setup, A+ Content, Brand Store updates, deals.
• Troubleshoot across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces.
• Join client calls; communicate updates and next steps.
• Pull reporting and run light analyses for the team.
