Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Bloomington is seeking an AM Restaurant Server to provide courteous food and beverage service in line with brand standards. You will take orders, handle payments when needed, and support dining room throughput while maintaining guest satisfaction and safety protocols.

The role involves standing for extended periods, possible weekend/holiday shifts, and adherence to sustainability practices under HHM EarthView. Previous F&B experience and POS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems; TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and input into POS system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items (ice, napkins, straws).
• Assist with food pickup and ensure correct preparation.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments when appropriate.
• Support bartending and bussing during peak periods.
• Uphold sustainability guidelines and safety standards.
