You will handle guest checks, process payments, and may assist with bartending and bussing during busy periods. Knowledge of POS systems and good customer service are essential; TIPS certification is preferred. Work hours may include holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them in the POS system.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain brand service standards.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas and stock service stations.
• Prepare guest checks and handle payments when applicable.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during peak periods.
• Adhere to sustainability guidelines and safety standards.
