HHM Hotels is seeking an AM Restaurant Server to deliver courteous food and beverage service according to brand and sustainability standards. You will take orders, handle payments, set tables, stock stations, and assist with bartending as needed in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, adherence to safety standards, and participation in HHM s EarthView sustainability program, with opportunities for growth within hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Aim to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments when needed.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during peak periods or staff shortages.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and strive to improve them.
• Follow sustainability guidelines under HHM s EarthView program.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use required protective equipment.
