Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking an AM Restaurant Server to provide courteous food and beverage service in line with brand standards and sustainability practices. You will take orders, handle payments, and support guest satisfaction during opening shifts.

Responsibilities include of setting tables, stocking stations, and assisting in bartending during busy periods, while following safety guidelines and HHM EarthView sustainability principles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them in the POS system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Pick up orders from food preparation areas and ensure food is prepared accordingly.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments as appropriate.
• Perform other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing during peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
