Job summary

HHM Hotels in Bloomington is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver courteous dining experiences and assist with daily service in our restaurant. You will take orders, serve guests, and help with opening/closing tasks while maintaining brand standards.

We value a friendly attitude, basic POS knowledge, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Prior service experience is preferred, with competitive wages and benefits offered by HHM.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and place orders in the point of service system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Prepare guest check and process payment when appropriate.
• Perform other duties such as bartending and bussing during peak times.
