The Founders Inn & Spa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking an AM Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare breakfast items, sauces, and garnishes, follow recipes, and maintain a clean, efficient workstation to support daily kitchen operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year of professional kitchen experience. We offer weekly pay, Hilton benefits, and opportunities for career development within a renowned hospitality brand.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of professional kitchen or related culinary experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare and cook hot and cold breakfast items, appetizers, and garnishes according to recipes.
• Wash, prep, and portion meats, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients for service.
• Follow standardized recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation before service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist with inventory rotation and station readiness for upcoming shifts.
• Communicate with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
