Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton McLean Tysons, part of B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, is hiring a Busser/Food Runner to support our dining team. This PM-shift role cleans and resets tables, clears dishes, and ensures guest satisfaction through courteous service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, bussing and cleaning, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and assisting servers as needed. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a repetitious, fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Prior bussing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a courteous manner and assists as needed.
• Buses and cleans tables, resets dining areas, and handles dishes.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and follows sanitation regulations.
• Performs self-management duties and attends required meetings.
• Collaborates with servers and kitchen staff to support guest experience.
