Èlephante Scottsdale is seeking an AM Line Cook to join our back-of-house team in Scottsdale, AZ. You will prepare and cook items to spec in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.

Formación

• Completion of company-provided Line Cook training and valid Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous culinary experience in high-volume kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic culinary environment.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle heat/ cleaning chemicals.

Position Overview

We are looking for skilled and motivated AM Line Cooks to join our back-of-house team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring each dish meets our high standards for quality, presentation, and flavor. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements

• Completion of company-provided in-venue Line Cook training and possession of a valid Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous culinary experience strongly preferred, particularly in high-volume kitchen operations.
• Demonstrated ability to execute line cook duties effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic culinary environment.
• Physical capability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat and cleaning chemicals.
• Strong focus and adaptability under pressure in an ever-changing, high-energy atmosphere.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work morning shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
