Job summary

Èlephante in Scottsdale is seeking skilled AM Line Cooks to join our back-of-house team. You will prepare and cook menu items to our high standards, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and collaborate with the kitchen to deliver fast, flavorful dishes.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and flexible availability including mornings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Completion of company-provided in-venue Line Cook training and possession of a valid Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous culinary experience strongly preferred, particularly in high-volume kitchen operations.
• Demonstrated ability to execute line cook duties effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic culinary environment.
• Physical capability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat and cleaning chemicals.
• Strong focus and adaptability under pressure in an ever-changing, high-energy atmosphere.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work morning shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
