Èlephante Scottsdale is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our culinary team in Scottsdale, AZ. In a fast-paced, high-volume, upscale kitchen, you’ll execute dishes with precision using top-quality ingredients. We’re hiring for full-time or part-time roles with a pay range of $20–$24 per hour based on experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a similar setting, strong knife skills, and a team-oriented attitude. Evening, weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume, upscale kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Experience with Italian cuisine and wood-fired cooking is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Èlephante’s recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times.
• Ensure all food meets quality, freshness, and portion standards.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with chefs, teammates, and management.
• Support the team during service with professionalism and urgency.
• Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed.
