Job summary

Kenyon College is seeking an Assistant Director of Alumni and Parent Engagement to join the Office of Alumni and Parent Engagement in the Advancement division. This role supports a wide range of events, programs and virtual outreach to engage Kenyon’s alumni and parent communities in a flexible, hybrid environment.

The position involves shaping Greek engagement, coordinating regional events, supporting reunion classes, and leading young alumni outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in fundraising, alumni relations, or related field preferred.
• Ability to initiate and maintain donor and volunteer relationships and communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events for alumni and parents, in-person and virtual.
• Coordinate Greek engagement strategy and regional events.
• Support reunion classes and young alumni outreach.
• Manage engagement metrics and report analytics to the department.
