Kenyon College is seeking an Assistant Director of Alumni and Parent Engagement to join the Office of Alumni and Parent Engagement in the Advancement division. This role supports a wide range of events, programs and virtual outreach to engage Kenyon’s alumni and parent communities in a flexible, hybrid environment.
The position involves shaping Greek engagement, coordinating regional events, supporting reunion classes, and leading young alumni outreach.

The Assistant Director of Alumni and Parent Engagement is part of a dynamic team within the Advancement division. The Office of Alumni and Parent Engagement (APE) oversees a wide variety of events, programs and virtual outreach designed to increase and support meaningful engagement for Kenyon’s alumni and parent communities. The ideal candidate will embrace innovation and strategic decision-making, thrive connecting with alumni virtually and in person, and be excited to work in a flexible, hybrid work environment with supportive co-workers.
