Job summary

Boca Recovery Center is seeking an Alumni Coordinator to oversee post-treatment support and sustained alumni engagement at our Springfield, MA location. You will manage outreach, track interactions in CRM, and ensure aftercare compliance while coordinating re-admission efforts when needed.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with alumni, collaboration with clinical teams, and driving ongoing engagement through group sessions and community reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathetic approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare or alumni relations strongly preferred.
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain alumni outreach for at least one year post-discharge via calls, texts, and emails.
• Track all interactions and follow-ups in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission aftercare requirements.
• Facilitate weekly alumni group with a licensed therapist.
• Coordinate and attend one Health & Intervention commitment per week.
• Review intake forms for accuracy and escalate issues to the Director of Operations.
• Build rapport with clients before discharge to ensure smooth transition into the alumni program.
• Serve as primary contact for alumni and connect them to ongoing resources.
• Encourage alumni and families to leave Google reviews (target at least five per week).
• Monitor alumni well-being and coordinate with admissions and clinical teams for re-entry into care.
