Job summary

Kathyirelandrecoverycenters in Columbus, IN seeks an Alumni Coordinator to develop and sustain a comprehensive alumni program that supports patients transitioning into long-term recovery. This role collaborates with Clinical, Operations, and Business Development teams to strengthen aftercare planning and improve patient engagement.

You will plan events, manage engagement CRM/EMR, track outcomes, and support continuity of care through warm handoffs.

Qualifications

• Recovery experience or graduate of a recovery program.
• Strong understanding of recovery-oriented systems of care.
• Ability to build relationships and engage diverse patient populations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain a structured alumni program for discharged patients.
• Manage alumni engagement calendar, groups, events, outreach campaigns.
• Track alumni participation through CRM/EMR; maintain outreach cadence.
• Partner with clinical team for discharge planning and aftercare coordination.
• Track engagement metrics, prepare leadership reports, and adjust outreach strategies.
• Plan monthly alumni meetings, sober events, and community initiatives.
• Support warm handoffs and transitions across care levels.
