Job summary

Father Martin Ashley is seeking an Alumni Coordinator to engage patients with recovery resources and to strengthen connections with alumni for advancing fundraising goals. The role focuses on sustaining meaningful relationships and growing alumni participation across events and communications.

The position entails coordinating the Grad-to-Grad program, organizing alumni chapters, and partnering with the Development team to identify high-net-worth prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or two years of experience in alumni or public relations required.
• Ability to interact with a variety of people from a wide range of ages, experiences and interests.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to deliver presentations and manage groups.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, vision and creativity.
• Ability to work extended hours and travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Alumni Department’s relationship with Patient Care Coordinators, providing recovery resources for exiting patients including up-to-date grad-to-grad contacts, Alumni event schedules and recovery meeting lists.
• Coordinates the Ashley Grad-to-Grad program, recruits volunteers to assist in recovery of newly discharged patients.
• Coordinates Alumni Chapters, develops new opportunities for Alumni Chapter activity.
• Coordinates outside speakers for Ashley’s daily on campus recovery meetings for patient community.
• Engages alumni, families and friends through various communication channels including phone calls, meetings, emails, web and social media with a focus on high-net worth prospects.
• Works closely with Development department to identify and cultivate relationships with high-net worth alumni prospects.
• Plans, coordinates and promotes Ashley events including regional lectures, on campus workshops and Alumni Homecoming.
