Beach House Center for Recovery in Juno Beach, FL is seeking a full‑time Alumni Coordinator to engage alumni and families, maintain the alumni database, and support outreach activities. Responsibilities include contacting alumni, coordinating events, distributing newsletters, making referrals to admissions, and keeping communications up to date.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in mental health/recovery treatment preferred.
• Experience working with veterans preferred.
• Strong computer and Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact alumni and families to involve them in the alumni program and outreach activities.
• Educate current clients on ongoing involvement after graduation.
• Maintain daily database and update contact information for patients.
• Assist in preparation and distribution of Alumni Newsletters and flyers.
• Assist alumni or family members seeking treatment services by referrals to admissions.
• Plan and host alumni events; evenings, weekends, and some holidays may be required.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to assist with Alumni events.
• Make follow-up calls to past clients according to schedule.
