Job summary

Augusta University is seeking an Alumni Engagement and Experiential Programs leader to strengthen ties between alumni and colleges. You will plan events, manage volunteer networks, and track engagement metrics to inform strategy.

Travel is required and Raiser's Edge CRM expertise is essential for data integrity and insights that shape regional initiatives across Georgia. This role partners with the PA E Events Team to coordinate budgets, sponsorships, and participant experience, while promoting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in higher education or non-profit organizations in alumni engagement, volunteer management, and event planning; or 5+ years in alumni engagement, sales, marketing or similar.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for alumni involvement and strengthen ties between alumni and colleges/schools.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute key alumni events including Alumni Weekend; manage volunteers and post-event follow-up.
• Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics and ROI to inform strategic decisions.
