You will oversee regional networks, affinity communities, volunteer leadership, and the Young Alumni Network, collaborating across Alumni Engagement, Annual Giving, Development, and Board Engagement to advance university priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with supervisory/management experience.
• Preferred experience in higher education environments.
• Experience building alumni engagement programs and volunteer leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic engagement plans to increase alumni participation.
• Lead regional alumni networks and affinity-based communities.
• Oversee Young Alumni Network and engagement initiatives for recent graduates.
• Recruit and mentor volunteer leaders and manage leadership development.
• Collaborate with Alumni Engagement, Annual Giving, Development and Board Engagement teams.
