Job summary

Augusta University, Our Health Sciences Campus in Augusta, GA, seeks an Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement for the Medical College of Georgia to lead strategic regional alumni programs and a robust volunteer network. You will collaborate with college leadership, faculty, students, and volunteers to deepen engagement and advocacy.

Responsibilities include planning events, managing the alumni volunteer program, tracking engagement metrics, and leveraging Raiser's Edge CRM to report outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; minimum 3 years in higher education or non-profit alumni engagement, volunteer management, and event planning, or 5+ years in related roles.
• Experience building partnerships with campus leadership, faculty, students, and volunteers is preferred.
• Knowledge of alumni engagement programs and alumni board management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of regional alumni engagement strategy for MCG; expand alumni participation and affinity.
• Serve as primary liaison for MCG alumni engagement with faculty, students, and volunteers.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive alumni volunteer program with recruitment, training, stewardship, and recognition.
• Track, analyze, and report engagement metrics; provide recommendations to improve outcomes.
