Job summary

Augusta University seeks an Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement to serve as the primary liaison for alumni engagement within specific colleges and schools. You will develop engagement strategies, oversee alumni events, secure sponsorships, and track impact using Raiser's Edge CRM.

The role requires travel to support regional alumni activities and close collaboration with the PAE Events Team to advance institutional priorities and enhance alumni participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in higher education or nonprofit in alumni engagement, volunteer management, and event planning, or 5+ years in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Alumni Engagement and Experiential Programs: identify opportunities and build ties between alumni and colleges/schools; develop engagement strategies and affinity communities.
• Event Planning and Execution: plan and execute key alumni events with the PA E Events Team; manage volunteers, communications, and sponsorships.
• Engagement Metrics and Impact Assessment: track ROI, attendance, and participation; provide quarterly reports.
