Elon University in Elon, NC is seeking an Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement Initiatives to develop and execute a strategic vision for alumni relationships, volunteerism, and professional development.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Alumni Engagement, you will build partnerships with alumni, design engagement programs, coordinate events, and lead communications through newsletters and social channels.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred for advancement.
• Strong skills in presenting to diverse groups and managing volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for alumni engagement initiatives.
• Build and steward relationships with Elon alumni and volunteers.
• Design and promote programming for career development, events, and lifelong learning.
• Coordinate online and in-person events, webinars, and professional development.
• Collaborate with campus partners to expand alumni programming and communications.
