Job summary

UNC Charlotte's Office of Alumni Engagement seeks an Associate Director of Alumni Engagement to lead affinity-based events and programs, coordinating volunteers and campus partners. The role drives corporate and Greek alumni engagement, and oversees events both on campus and virtually.

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in alumni engagement, event planning, volunteer management, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage affinity-based alumni events and programs for groups with shared interests or experiences.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies for corporate and Greek alumni.
• Liaise with Athletics and manage athletics-related events.
• Collaborate with Alumni Communications to align marketing with programming.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with alumni and manage area budget.
