Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related experience in volunteer management, events, or higher education.
• Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Volunteer Management: manage alumni hand-raisers and place into roles.
• Alumni Council project leadership: lead project teams and oversight.
• Reunion programming: plan and coordinate alumni events.
• Alumni recognition: oversee the recognition program.
• Student-alumni connectivity: coordinate alumni speakers for student clubs.
• Future initiatives: identify trends and pilot new ideas.
• Metrics & analytics: track volunteer engagement and events.
• Regional & off-campus events: coordinate local alumni events.
• Support broader on-campus events for alumni.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
