Job summary

OSU-Stillwater is seeking an Event Coordinator to support the College of Education by planning, coordinating, and executing events with a focus on alumni engagement and outreach. Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events for the College of Education.
• Focus on alumni engagement and outreach; support events manager.
• Handle event logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and communications strategies.
• Assist with operational coordination related to events and building needs, including facilities work orders.
• Coordinate with facilities staff to ensure spaces are prepared and professional.
