• Excellent spreadsheet skills and experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive event support for alumni and constituent engagement programs, events, meetings, and initiatives.
• Provides administrative and operational support for the Alumni and Constituent Engagement team, front office functions, and communications.
• Coordinates financial and business processes, including invoices and expense tracking, with campus offices and vendors.
• Supports data management, reporting, and project coordination for alumni engagement initiatives.
