Job summary

NC State University in Raleigh, NC seeks an Alumni & Engagement Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for alumni engagement initiatives, events, and advancement activities. You will join the CALS Advancement team and help strengthen lifelong connections with alumni, donors, and partners.

The role requires attention to detail, calendar management, meeting coordination, travel and communications support, and the ability to handle multiple projects while delivering excellent

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with alumni engagement, advancement, or nonprofit settings preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support for alumni engagement and advancement activities, including calendars, meetings, correspondence, and office operations.
Coordinate board meetings and alumni events, including travel logistics and materials.
Develop schedules, timelines, and reports to monitor progress and support priorities.
Collaborate with team members to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
