Job summary

North Carolina State University seeks an Alumni & Engagement Assistant to strengthen lifelong connections with CALS alumni, donors, and partners. You will provide essential administrative and operational support for alumni engagement initiatives, events, and advancement activities that foster meaningful relationships and advance the college's mission.

The role requires attention to detail, initiative to improve processes, and the ability to deliver outstanding service within a collaborative CALS

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination.
• Preferred: experience in alumni engagement, advancement, development, fundraising, donor relations, or related programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for alumni engagement and advancement activities, including calendars, meetings, correspondence, projects, and office operations.
• Coordinate board meetings, alumni events, and engagement activities; arrange travel and related logistics for staff and guests.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, reports, and other administrative resources; support multiple projects and deadlines.
