Job summary

Harvard University’s Harvard Business School in Boston, MA, seeks an Email Marketing Manager to lead alumni and donor communications. You will own the production, automation, testing, and reporting of email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Cvent, and related tools.

In this hands-on role, you’ll optimize audience segmentation, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional partners across Alumni Engagement and Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in email marketing or related field.
• Hands-on experience building email campaigns and reporting in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platform.

Responsibilities

• Builds, tests, schedules, and deploys email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Cvent.
• Develops automated and lifecycle emails for alumni engagement and fundraising.
• Performs QA, accessibility checks, and reports on campaign performance.
• Collaborates with IT and marketing teams on content and UX updates.
