Job summary

The University of California, Davis is seeking a Donor Events & Stewardship Coordinator within Development & Alumni Relations. This on-site role in Davis plans and manages 50+ alumni and donor events annually to engage supporters and strengthen campus relations.

You will supervise student staff and support endowment stewardship programs, booster benefits, and Team Aggie initiatives, coordinating with athletics and university units.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, coordinating, and managing a wide variety of special events in a large institutional setting.
• Experience recruiting, directing, and motivating volunteers; ability to lead and mentor staff.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with political acumen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 50+ ICA alumni and donor events annually from design to execution.
• Oversee donor relations, stewardship programs, and related endowment activities.
• Administer event budgets and calendar coordination with campus partners.
