Responsibilities

• Coordinate event planning including timing, agenda, registrations, travel, and vendor payments.
• Provide on-site support and staffing coordination on event days.
• Create marketing materials and ensure brand alignment.
• Assist in developing and managing event budgets.
• Ensure ADA compliance and safety for events.
• Conduct post-event debriefs and surveys.
• Analyze registration trends and maintain guest lists.
• Enter attendance and engagement data into CRM systems.
• Support donor relations activities and communications.
• Collaborate with Development and Alumni Relations on reports and data integrity.
