Job summary

Titan Formwork Systems is seeking a Welder for our 1st Shift. The role involves fabrication, assembly and repair of metal components, reading detailed prints, and welding aluminum and carbon steel using a Miller MIG system. Expect 40 hours per week, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with potential early start in warmer months.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with standard benefits on offer. Bring safe work habits, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team focused on quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years welding experience with aluminum and carbon steel.
• Ability to read and follow detailed prints.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Layout components per prints and verify tolerances.
• Set up weld equipment and perform welds with proper techniques.
• Grind and finish welds for aesthetics and integrity.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and participate in routine maintenance.
