Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Furnace Melt Operator for a 1st shift in Cedarburg, WI. This direct-hire role supports a high-precision die casting operation, offering strong hourly pay, 401(k) matching, comprehensive benefits, and career stability in a large, ISO-certified facility.

The position focuses on operating and maintaining furnaces, charging materials, skim/melt control, and sampling for quality analyses, with a structured path for skill development.

Competenze

• Demonstrated career stability with at least 2+ years at each employer.
• Experience operating industrial furnaces and melting aluminum alloys.
• Must reside within 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.
• US work authorized without sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Operate, load, and maintain industrial melting furnaces with ingots and scrap.
• Tap furnaces and skim impurities while maintaining temperature and cleanliness.
• Pull and submit liquid metal samples for lab analysis.
• Perform basic furnace maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Operate forklift and overhead hoists to move materials.
• Track production quantities and document daily logs.
• Enforce OSHA safety, Lockout/Tagout, PPE, and 5S standards.
