Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to direct the pursuit and delivery of large transportation projects within the Alternative Delivery framework.

You will drive contract terms, coordinate with regional teams, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful delivery. You will engage HDR leadership and partners to shape strategic opportunities, participate in industry groups, and report on program status across the Transportation Business Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional engineering licensure/registration required.
• 10+ years of experience in related field, with large transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct the pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Lead contract negotiations and terms with HDR policy and risk controls.
• Coordinate with HDR leadership, regional leads and clients on project strategy.
• Participate in development of teaming agreements and subcontracts.
• Represent HDR in industry organizations to raise visibility.
• Report on Transportation Business Group status and progress.
