Oak Grove Technologies, LLC seeks an Alternate Program Manager to support operations at FLETC in Artesia, NM. The role serves as liaison between the Program Manager and project team, helping develop plans, manage risks, and ensure compliance with government regulations.

The ideal candidate has federal contract experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain federal clearance. On-site duties require readiness for quick response and multitasking in a dynamic training environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related field, or 3-5 years’ experience in project management.
• Experience managing federal contracts and program management in a government, military, or law enforcement training environment.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between the Program Manager and project team members.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and communicating project plans.
• Identify risks and issues and work with the Program Manager to mitigate them.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including safety or federal compliance issues.
• Participate in program reviews and audits, providing input for improvement.
• Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Government regulations and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist in managing key operational areas such as firearms operations, vehicle maintenance, inventory, and scheduling.
