Job summary

Oak Grove Technologies seeks a highly skilled Program Manager to support operations at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia, NM. The role requires on-site leadership, staffing oversight, and strict adherence to contract requirements.

The PM will coordinate firearms operations, vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and inventory while ensuring personnel meet qualifications. Strong communication and government liaison skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as PM on federal contracts or equivalent government projects.
• Ability to read/write/speak English and manage personnel supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for all contract activities at FLETC Artesia and serve as primary Government contact.
• Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of contract personnel and ensure proper staffing and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and maintain documentation and performance records.
• Coordinate firearms operations, vehicle maintenance, inventory, and scheduling; ensure personnel meet medical/physical requirements.
• Provide regular updates/reports to Government and act as Contractor representative.
