Qualifications

• Experience managing budgets and project personnel in structured environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; English fluency required.
• Able to obtain and maintain federal clearance; physical requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the Program Manager and project team members.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans and mitigations.
• Identify risks and issues and work with PM to mitigate them.
• Monitor progress and report safety or compliance issues.
• Participate in program reviews and audits; suggest improvements.
• Support implementation of quality assurance procedures.
