• Two years of experience in Physical Education/Recreation or related field.
• Red Cross first aid and CPR certifications current.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and risk management in recreational settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement a variety of recreational programs for diverse age groups.
• Develop engaging and innovative activities that align with community interests and needs.
• Foster positive relationships with community members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and oversee special events, tournaments, and recreational outings.
• Manage logistics, including scheduling, permits, and equipment.
• Ensure programs are inclusive and accessible to individuals of all abilities.
• Collect and analyze data on program participation and effectiveness; prepare reports for management.
