ELTA North America (ELTA NA) seeks a proactive Program Manager to lead federal government contracts and programs from Annapolis Junction, MD. You will ensure contract performance, compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement across government-funded initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10+ years in program management with 3+ years in federal contracting, including DoD/DHS/VA, and solid FAR/DFARS knowledge. Master’s degree and certifications like PMP/PgMP/DAWIA are a plus.

• 5–10+ years in project/program management, with 3+ years in federal government contracting.
• Experience managing federal contracts (e.g., DoD, DHS, VA, HHS).
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M), and compliance requirements.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the successful delivery of contract requirements, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and government stakeholders (Contracting Officer, COR, etc.).
• Ensure day-to-day operations meet contract goals and government expectations.
• Ensure all program activities comply with contract terms, regulations (FAR/DFARS), and policies.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and reporting, including deliverables, invoicing, and status reports.
• Manage contract modifications, task orders, and funding obligations with contracts and finance teams.
• Monitor program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and cost controls.
• Support pricing strategies and financial tracking in collaboration with finance teams.

Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Program Manager to lead and manage federal government contracts and programs. This role is responsible for ensuring contract performance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination across one or more government-funded initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a blend of project management expertise, understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR), and the ability to communicate effectively with government clients and internal stakeholders.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of contract requirements, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for the client (Contracting Officer, COR, and other government stakeholders).
• Ensure day-to-day operations meet contract goals and government expectations.
• Ensure all program activities comply with contract terms, applicable regulations (FAR/DFARS), and organizational policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely program documentation and reporting, including deliverables, invoicing, and status reports.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience managing federal contracts (e.g., DoD, DHS, VA, HHS, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M), and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field
• PMP, PgMP, or DAWIA certification preferred.
