Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to join our Alterations department and provide A+ customer experiences. The CSR reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for welcoming and servicing customers, making appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring that items are ready for pickups.

Responsibilities include managing customer flow, promoting alteration services, maintaining store standards, and supporting cash-wrap tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Sewing experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is desired.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via chat.
• Make appointments, answer phones, press garments, and prep items for pickup.
• Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience and meet service vows.
• Promote alteration services and personalization options to customers.
• Maintain store standards and assist with cash-wrap transactions accurately.
• Escalate issues to the Alterations Manager when needed.
