Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a full-time ALTA Survey Coordinator to support ALTA/NSPS title surveys across our offices in the United States.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years' experience overseeing ALTA survey projects, title research, and reviewing surveys. You will prepare ALTA proposals, maintain files and schedules, conduct title research, perform QA/QC on surveys from subcontractors, and coordinate with teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• ALTA/NSPS land title survey knowledge required.
• Experience with ALTA proposals and survey files.
• Experience title research and QA/QC of surveys.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn some AutoCAD basics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ALTA proposals.
• Maintains simple to complex ALTA files, keeping records, preparing schedules, and researching information.
• Create ALTA files, documenting all research.
• Prepare and maintain a current ALTA survey job tracking spreadsheet.
• Conduct and review title research.
• Perform QA/QC of ALTA surveys from Subcontractors for compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors to maintain project schedules and respond to client review comments.
• Make minor revisions to ALTA survey maps.
