Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a full-time ALTA Survey Coordinator to support ALTA surveys, title research, and survey file management across various US offices, including Plano, TX.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years overseeing ALTA survey projects and reviewing surveys. You will prepare proposals, maintain ALTA files, conduct title research, and coordinate with subcontractors to meet project schedules and client feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data management.
• Detailed knowledge of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey requirements.
• Experience working with title reports, property deeds, and easement deeds.
• Experience performing title research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to spend majority of day coordinating projects by phone.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining professionalism.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Willing to learn basic AutoCAD commands.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ALTA proposals.
• Maintain simple to complex ALTA files, keep records, prepare schedules, and search information.
• Create ALTA files, documenting all research.
• Prepare and update a current ALTA survey job tracking spreadsheet.
• Conduct and review title research.
• Perform QA/QC of ALTA surveys from Subcontractors for compliance with specs.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors to maintain project schedules and respond to client review comments.
• Make minor revisions to ALTA survey maps.
