Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Client Accounting Supervisor in the Alternatives group in Boston. You will lead a team of 2-4 Client Service Representatives and Senior Representatives, interfacing with external clients on investments across hedge funds, private equity, real estate and private debt, and you will guide NAV packages, reconciliations, and complex fund calculations.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree in a business-related field.
• 3+ years of Alternatives Fund Accounting, Global Custody, and/or Transfer Agency preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Detailed knowledge in Hedge Funds, Public/Private Debt Funds, Private Equity, or Real Estate Funds.
• Highly proficient with Excel.
• Working knowledge of WSO.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, review and approve NAV packages and allocations for funds investing in multiple asset classes.
• Reconcile transaction details from general ledger to third party documentation.
• Assist in complex calculations including equalization, IRR, management fee and waterfall/carry.
• Support year-end audits, regulatory reporting and tax prep services.
• Coordinate with the Alts financial reporting team quarterly and annually.
• Prepare and review investor capital calls and distributions.
• Develop and implement new policies, procedures and controls.
• Oversee training and cross-training of staff.
• Provide coaching and feedback in performance reviews.
• Coordinate new business and product implementations and conversions.
